We arrived in Copenhagen at Christmas. The weather was good on our arrival, but it changes here several times per day

In the morning it could be sunny, then rain for half an hour and a hail storm in the evening. And after that clear starry sky in the night.

After the events in Berlin there are concrete barriers and police on the streets.

Rosenborg Palace, Danish kings have lived here.

Not far from the palace is the area called Nyubuder, Royal Danish Navy were housed here in the 17th century.

By evening, I decided to walk to the main attractions - the Mermaid. There were a lot of people, all trying to make a selfie with mermaid and almost jumping into the water.

As soon as I walked away from the mermaid a hail storm started.

The main purpose of our trip was to visit the meditation course in one of the first centers of the Karma Kagyu Buddhist school in the western world. The center was founded in 1972. The center is located in a historic residential district of Copenhagen.
